"In my case I didnt lose weight as much as moved it around through exercise.  I find myself less cold because the cardiac training seems to improve blood blow. "

"It was more of something that I noticed. I'm a lot colder physically. In general, I run a bit hot. Admittedly, it may not have been a "life change", but merely an observation."

Hello Gentlemen.I'm very excited to say that I'm down about 50 pounds in the last 5 or so months. I'm still losing. I was very overweight, and I decided to do something about it. I'd like to lose about 20 more pounds if at all possible. I stopped eating as much. I took up cooking. As a 23-year-old bachelor, I can attest that those of my species don't eat the greatest.
