"I suggest 3 workouts a week on alternating days with a 2 day "weekend" break. And for legs I suggest squats (front or back), goblet squats, and calf raises if wanted."

Don't forget the guy offering the compliment is carrying old man flab where muscle should be. I do verrry careful exercise wearing a kidney belt so as not to throw my lumbar spine into spasm but that does not get rid of my pot. I'm not fat (weight is 170) but even if I eat a lettuce sandwich without the bread the fat all deposits in one place. To me, your abs are perfect. Don't get old!!!
