Maintaining eye contact for the ADHD crowd.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid. I can focus on a conversation but one of my problems is also a key to a good conversation: eye contact. I'm not shy. I have no problem looking someone in the eye but my visual attention is constantly pulled in many directions. Especially if it's a crowded place or there is just a lot of things going on around us.
