I meant no insult. I just saw a pic on here once of you holding a big jug of the stuff. You've taken it down since then. If you did so because you no longer use it, then hats off to you. It's cheating, in my opinion.
My large intestine has larger muscles than she does.
Pale that was obviously intended to be insulting but actually it is rather flattering that you think I use steroids. Perhaps you think I'm too good to be considered natural which I certainly have no problem with, as for baldness I probably have the longest hair for a man on this site so certainly none of that.
Oh, and quit the roids, man. It has been documented to cause, small testicles, male pattern baldness, infertility, and heart issues. Your heart is a muscle, too. All those anabolic steroids affect it just like your biceps or quads.
Slow twitch muscle is for endurance, and fast twitch for brief bursts of energy. All those reps are building up slow twitch muscle fibers, which generally have less mass than fast twitch. If you want to bulk up, do no more than ten reps in three sets to build up the fast twitch. Instead of focusing on reps, focus on weight.
Reps vary on the exercise but on a bicep workout for example I do 5 sets of 10 reps then a quick rest, each set the weight increases as I get more pumped up. I usually train at a fairly slow speed because my aim is to build mass, once I have the mass i'll work on the definition.
Josh, some honest advice: I saw what you looked like in that pottery video (veeery creepy, btw), and you're still pretty Gollum-looking. Maybe a little more body fat would fill out that fourteen-year-old physique. Also, how many reps do you do when you lift, and how heavy are the weights?
