This is an inspiration for all us middle-aged men out there. We don't all have to become competitive body builders, but we can sure as hell get up and do something.

It looks as if your father has put in a huge amount of hard work here Josh. I'm a physique/fitness athlete myself so can appreciate what has to be done to get into this condition. Excellent!
