Desert Storm - Valley of Death

This was part of my patrol route for awhile. The U.S. Airforce caught the Iraqi Army moving out of Kuwait City and decimated them. We were clearing demo and finding bodies for weeks. My first war.

It was a mess. When we first went in it was just armored vehicles pushing stuff off the road to make a path. As time went by they were actually recovering  vehicles and disposing of unexploded ordinance, etc.

Takes a while to clear out that much wreckage.
