People say it's a dying sport but the popularity of MMA has really brought home the importance of wrestling as a skillset that every man needs, especially anyone interested in martial arts in general. Have you guys heard about the new rule changes for freestyle? They were just approved by FILA. There are some big changes that are supposed to make wrestling more exciting and increase scoring.

I'm looking to start competing in some opens, even though I expect to get my ass kicked for a while - but it's a way of focusing my training and whatnot. We should talk bro -- I'd like to hear from people who are actively competing right now as well
