2 pass DFS today. It has been a while since my last Traditional shave. I've been lazy over the holidays and just starting to get back into the swing of things. I am dead set on perfecting the 2 pass shave, and I am quite pleased with the results I received today. My first shave with the Prince and the PdP. I am very impressed with the brush and the soap, and I can see this brush being an excellent travel brush. The PdP should be a great soap, and time will tell if it earns a permanent spot in my nook or not. As always the cold water, witch hazel and the USB do a fine job as it is back to basics for this shave with no rubs or ASBs, ect. Finish up with a wonderful Christmas present from the wife with the Vintage Black, truly a great scent; and not too far from my regular Boss No.6.
Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend..

2 Pass DFS with a touch up under the jaw. Shave two of trying to perfect the 2 pass and I had to add a touch up. I will get there, but my technique was never that good anyway, so it forces me to really examine how I shave. The Prince is a wonderful brush that I am falling fast in love with. The PdP produced a wonderfully rich lather this morning that held up great on my face and provided wonderful cushion and glide. My first go with the Slim so I set it on a conservative setting and will make adjustments later if I feel warranted, but it gave a wondeful shave this morning. Cold water and Witch Hazel let me know that I did a fine job as there was no burn, and the Speick, OMG; I love the scent and my face feels absolutely wonderful.

DFS in 2 passes with a clean up. Much better shave then Sunday, even though I nicked my neck. I need to remember to let up on my pressure on the difficult spots. The WSP and PdP continue to produce wonderful lather in the Bill Bowl. The Slim is performing great along with the crystal, but I may look to upping the setting a click for next shave, just to see what happens. Cold water and Witch Hazel, you just can't go wrong. I just love Speick. So glad I got it. USB ties up all the loose ends. Great shave today. I'm ready for Hockey tonight. So glad the season is back on.
Have a great day everyone.

DFS in 3 passes. The Prince and the PdP combined to form a wonderfully rich lather. I am going to move over to MWF, my favorite soap and run the Prince through it's paces with that soap, but so far, I am loving the Prince. Great brush. One of the best shaving purchases I made last year. I upped the Slim to 4 and had a more intuitive shave, even though it wasn't exactly a better shave. I'm planning on sticking with this razor for a bit and really figuring out the settings that work for me. Cold water and Witch Hazel let me know that the shave was close with no irritation. Krampert's Finest wraps up what turned out to be a shave I will no doubt enjoy the rest of the day.
