Tim, I have been playing it a lot recently. I have to say, the early stages are a but boring, but once you figure out what can make what and all that, it becomes really really fun. What's your server address, I'll have to stop by sometime.

Classic Arcade Game Deaths.  Man I'm old.  I've played every single one of these.

I've heard of it and I'm meaning to try it but haven't yet.  I heard nothing but great things about it and Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw gave it great reviews.

I'll hit you up when I pick it up.

I'm wondering if anyone here has heard of, or plays Minecraft. Its a small indie game on the PC (The beta just launched in December) that is growing like a wildfire right now. Until last december it was being developed by just one man. Pretty impressive.

Anyways its a really fun game but I've heard a lot of people say that when the first saw it they thought it looked dumb but some of those people are the most well known players in the community. There are a lot of people who post "lets play" youtube videos weekly and daily. I run a server for the game if anyone is interested in playing with me. Its a public server tho so most of the people who come onto my server regularly are teenagers.

The theme to Civilization IV made history last night by becoming the first song written specifically for a video game to win a Grammy award. Composer Christopher Tin accepted the award for Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalists for the song “Baba Yetu”

Teachers' Club (for men in Education)

Virtual staff room for visionary teachers of every discipline. This is a good place for educators to discuss their collective role in society--particularly in regards to their duty as role models for young men. What does it mean to be a male role model for young boys in the classroom? How can we serve them best? See More

Gday Im in my 30's and reside in Auckland. I found this site by accident but love it already.I'm into Scuba (particularly wreck diving), photography, hunting, dogs and going bush (not sure what you call it but over here means going feral and living in the bush (forest) like a Neanderthal for a little while).I am also partial to a fine cigar and the occasional glass of Laphroaig 10 year old. CheersAzzaSee More
