How primitive are we talking?
I have a few bags of obsidian points but not much desire to use them right now. For that matter I am too cheap to shoot the bodkins I have.

I second Karls question about the level of primitiveness. I have made my own bow and won a contest with it against others that made a bow out of found objects as well. It was pretty satisfying.
