I've looked into this and there are two sides to the story. Apparently this guy had it coming to him for other reasons, although it's still pretty absurd that some guy would even be able to use another guy being shirtless in these circumstances as a reason to fire him.

They obviously don't know what its like to run with a disgusting sweat soaked t-shirt on. With all the problems in the world you would think they could find something else to focus their attention on!
