I personally love the taste of a nice and hot cup of plain black coffee. I feel that the cream/milk covers the taste of the coffee too much for my liking.

95% of the time I drink it black, but if I've had a lot of coffee (over 12 cups) in a day I'll add some milk so I don't get a sour stomach.
Over 12 cups, you sir are a true coffee machine.
Whole Milk and sugar, here. Sugar in the Raw if I can get it. It's just the way I like it.
I take mine with a Little milk just a little on the dark side...for me it enhances the flavor-- I like my coffee strong too... :-)
"Blacker then a moonless night, hotter and more bitter than hell itself.. That is coffee." - Godot, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

Okay, the bitter part maybe not so much (depends on the bean, IMO). But I simply cannot fathom diluting a good cup of coffee with cream and sugar. Cream and sugar are for tea, not coffee. The sweetest thing that ever goes in my coffee is rum.
YES! A Godot quote, he's got some of the best. Haha, as pathetic as it might sound, it was his awesomeness in part that inspired me to start drinking coffee.
Home stuff, black as black as can be.

Coffee on the road (Dunkin), loaded with junk. I see it more as a "coffee flavored beverage."
Hey Doctuh,

Best profile pic ever. Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain is one of my all-time heroes. A doff of the hat to you!
Hate to disappoint anyone, especially since I'm new to the group, but I like my with a little half and half. Never, ever any sugar though.
If it's drip of french-press coffee then it's gotta be black with no sugar. If, however an espresso is on offer, I always go for a "Flat White". Not sure if this is available in the US, but it's basically a latte in a small cappucino cup...lovely.
It has to be black. A little cream or milk is alright. I have had my coffee that way on occasion but I don't even like the aroma of coffee with cream and sugar.
I use a small bit of cream. I used to use sugar but I weaned myself off of that particular vice and now can enjoy the flavor of the coffee.
