I have to say black. When I first started to drink coffee as a part of my daily routine, I added cream and sugar. But as my taste buds have matured, I've eliminated both cream and sugar. I now focus more on the beans and the method in which I might use said beans to make my cup, as I make it at home quite a bit. If I go out for coffee, I might get an espresso drink with milk, such as a cortado. Being in Denver, I have quite the selection of great local coffee shops, as well as a local roaster.
