No.

Real Christ-like of you there Jack.

You're what's wrong with many Christians today, having the mindset of; "I'll be any kind of shitty Christian I want to be and no one will tell me otherwise." No wonder non-believer run to the hills with what they see as an "ugly Christian" like you coming down the road, but of course YOU'LL never see it that way.

Just so everybody knows, When Jon reported me to the mods, not only did they take down my comments, but they also took down his, I guess they weren't thrilled with what he said either.

I didn't say "no one will tell me otherwise".  You won't, though.  There are men whose judgment I trust more than my own on matters of faith.  You're not one of them.

Run for the hills if you want.  I really don't care.

We don't care crisco

Brilliant!!!

That's SOP in forum management. You don't delete just the offensive parts of a thread or you leave a spaghettified mess as best; at worst you can still see quotes of said offensive statements. Plus it's just easier for the moderator.

I've been moderating forums since BBS days.

I wish the comments weren't deleted because you'd see that wasn't the case. If I were to friend everyone who had a problem with you I'd have two pages. LShieldes, no one is talking to you, why do you insist on talking here? You are just squacking here. No relevance, nada, keep your nose out of a conversation no one was talking to you about, what a bore. Even your avatar is boring. For someone who doesn't care, you sure can't wait to post to me. It's like someone's dim brother talking just to be part of the conversation. I noticed almost everyone I got into it with, all have cartoons as avatars. Cartoons are what I'm dealing with.

You just don't get it, do you Jack? You just prove my point.

Wow, great thinking there. I like the logic. To continue, your blurry picture shows your inability to see the truth of what anyone says.

...and yet you are still talking to me...unbelievable...

By the way, I'd like to thank everyone for the kind messages, I'm assuming you're regulars here, who are apologizing, and dis-appointed, with those here I'm dealing with.

If I were to friend everyone who had a problem with you I'd have two pages.

You'd probably have more than that. But, then again, I don't come here with the intent to try to make everyone like me. Actually I don't really care if anyone likes me here. I've probably argued with everyone on the site about one issue or another. The strong ones understand. The weak don't. You think you're the former. Maybe you are. You certainly are coming off as the latter.

Everyone has their own reasons for coming here. You can check out any time you like. Or you can stay. You can leave for months and come back and it's pretty much the same as it was. At the end of the day nobody really gives a tinker's damn about whether you or I or anyone else is here or not.

I don't know how I missed this little chunk of wisdom from you Jon, A fortune cookie in the the world is missing a wise sage like you to fill it. See how cute I can be? Like a dinner show of pure entertainment with a no drink minimum...sure as damned i'd be missed if I stay here long enough...

How can you open a comment with "people like you" and them call them a bigot?

Tamar Gendler: An Introduction to the Philosophy of Politics and Economics

Tamar Gendler, Department of Philosophy Chair at Yale University, Cognitive ScientistWho gets what and who says so? These two questions underlie and inform every social arrangement from the resolution of schoolyard squabbles to the meta-structure of human societies. They are also the basis of political philosophy. Professor Tamar Gendler uses the work of three titans of the discipline, Thomas Hobbes, John Rawls, and Robert Nozick, as a lens to guide us through the taut debate about the role of…See More
