We all love suites otherwise we would not be here. so lets start some discussions. For example do you prefer the "new" narrow lapel or the classic wide lapel. Give us your take and create some heat out there. Take care and look sharp.

Jeremie, i know breast pocket wallets are extremely available. I've seen them at the men's stores i frequent, and they're all over the internet (of course).

In other news, despite it being the start of winter, i picked up a very nice (for a cheap suit) pale grey summer wool suit. Sure, it's not canvassed, but i can get away with the softer look. It will go baggy, but i will get more than my money's worth from it before then. ;)

Here's a photo which doesn't really do it, or me, any justice (haha).

Hi gents,

Does anyone know where I can get a wallet that fits in the brest pocket of my suits.

Perhaps then, sir, you are missing the point? Mine were working men who didn't have much need for suits in their daily life but most certainly knew how to wear one when it was called for & could select one that was a good investment, well made, & well fitted. And a well fitted suit should not be confining. And a well selected fabric will not make you sweat any more than any other garment. But of course, you are entitled to your opinion... I'm sure many others on this forum would beg to differ.

Indeed, dress clothes would be a nice addition. Getting a nice coat is useful for gentling habits, I think, and anyone may make a start of it that way. You do not need to wear expensive or well-cut and tailored clothes regularly or often; if you like them, however, you ought to have some small wardrobe. Look for durability more than show and by degrees a certain sense of propriety will awaken. Others will treat you in a rather more respectful way, which ought to help you along to a more courteous manner. There is a manly part and a gentle part in a gentleman - and I suppose you at least like gentlemen if you do not aim to be one yourself - and your work goes a long way on the manly side, so something that would go some way on the gentle side seems proper...

Grownups are not in fact supposed to dress to standards of elegance - but only to dress decently. But beauty gives us pleasure naturally, no? I suppose that is why we even talk about suits. - It might be we are the childish ones, who like formal dress, because we believe it gives some sense of honor, I mean for men. But that is not a bad thing, it seems to me, we ought to strive for honor...

Wow! Thanks guys. For those who weren't sure about what I wanted it for, or why I wanted it...I work in a work shirt, levis, and work boots 5 days a week. After that I spendy days in nice, well fit t-shirts, and nice well fit jeans... I would like a suit seperate, or atleast a jacket to add to my standard look to enhance it and give it a more put together look... I suppose that falls into the "playong grown up" idea, but I generaly just like to have a nice look that is different from my normal jeans/T-shirt look...I love jackets and hats as well as nice shoes, so some sort of nice blazer or suit coat seemed an appropriate addition.
