Face value is simply just that, face value.
A buck in face value of coins just adds up to a buck...period.
They're all 90%, and then some halves in 40%, but all go by the term face when relaying how much you add, makes it simpler to convert.

Concerning US 90% coinage. I've understood Face Value to mean that any mix of dimes, quarters or half dollars, that equal $1.00 in value is the equivalent to the value of one ounce of silver. Is that correct? And what about a Silver dollar? Does it follow the same guideline?

Well, we just hit $30 POS this week. We'll consolidate a bit with a breather, and should be right back at our trip to the moon.

Depends on what they are, and in what shape. The 1oz ingots I usually place in small storage boxes that hold 20 of them in slots and air tight...
The A-Mark Chunky's you see above have their own, unique shape, and I keep them stored in their own little box...
