I'm casting my vote for First Contact but any movie from either the original series, TNG or the most recent release is up for grabs.

I did enjoy First Contact and the JJ Abraham reboot. I can couch out with any of the films from STOS to STNG.

If I had to pin it down to one it would have to be Wraith of Khan. I particularly enjoyed the battle inside the gas cloud and the dynamic between Kirk and Khan.

One that should have been made but never was, and probably not likely to be now, is one featuring the DS9 crew. I believe in ended with some unanswered questions regarding Sisko.
Best to worst in descending order, according to my opinion:

The Wrath of Khaaaaaaaaaaan!!
The Undiscovered Country
First Contact
The Voyage Home
The Search for Spock
...the rest are not worth mentioning.
I was not impressed with Abraham's franchise reboot.
Kahn by leaps and bounds, then I would probably put the reboot next.

I just couldn't get really into the Next Gen movies with the exception of the one with Kirk

And for pure campiness you just have to love the bad lines in the one where they get the whales.
I find The Voyage Home good for the laugh it was directed by Nimoy, and he does have a sense for the comedic. He also directed Three Men and a Baby. The scene with Kekhov looking for the Nuclear Wessal very funny.
I recently saw The Final Frontier on television again, which was directed by Shatner where they meet God and Kirk ask "what does God want with a starship?". And Scotty knocking himself out on the ship. The STOS films do have some good moments of dialog between the crew.
Khan.

and the reboot

Star Trek 2 - The Wrath of Kahn was seven movies in one:

Kirk fears old age. 'I feel young.'

Kahn's revenge.

Kirk finds a son.

The training crew.

The death of Spock.

The Genisis project.

Kirk meets his college girlfriend.

Wrath of Khan!

Wrath of Khan

Overall movie?  I enjoyed the first Star Trek movie, as well as any even numbered movie.  But, the best of them all is ST2: TWOK.  Khan is without equal.

However, there have been endearing moments in each of them.  Who could forget my favorite scene of all time...  "The only choice we're given is how many megatons...and I hate you, and I berate you!"  (Vulcan neck pinch)  Applause!

Additionally, who among us did not appreciate the unearthly beauty of Lt. Ilia?  Persis Khambatta...yum!

For me, it's The Undiscovered Country with Wrath of Khan coming in a close second.
