Steampunk is a relatively new genre for me.  It always seemed like a cool style but not as much to draw from as I would like.  Now my wife has taken a liking to it of all things.  She has always been…Continue

Personally, I am torn as they both occupy the #1 space of favorite Star Wars character.  I like the armor of Boba Fett, but I like Jango's fighting style and subtle nature.Continue

Watched an old movie on YouTube called " things to come " , made in 1939 , predicted WW2 and had a strange twist on the space race .

Unless we missed something...we only see Zoe as a skinjob in the very final two minutes or something.  I can see them melding the two views.  I loved the show, to be fair.  Different, but good.

Interesting, and uneven. Without going into too much detail, I say they had some moments of true excellence, and some moments of, well, not. I was most disappointed when the show was cancelled.  I thought it had great potential, and I really wanted to see the first cylon war.

That said, it also rewrote or violated the code established by BSG, in that it ended with the greystones inventing the skinjobs, whereas it was stated in BSG that the first five taught the machines how to become flesh.

"I think, Titus, that you made an observation on something that isn't in the text of Herodotus, which would nullify its value as an observation and transmogrify said named observation into an invention, a fiction."
