I prop my feet up on my bed and do 100 pushups as a morning exercise on most days. Makes me feel good and wakes me up.

Well my workouts are coming along quite nicely. I actually did 30 pushups and 4 pull-ups. Although I was working out with my Son, I wanted to show him I still had what it takes LOL!

Well I started a workout today consisting of pushups, chair dips, chins, and hanging leg raises. I might be adding other exercises in days to come. I'LL play it by ear.

Starting workouts again soon.  Got 40 days to get in shape.  Any interesting pushup types to try?

Don't know if this has been posted here before, but I found this: http://artofmanliness.com/2009/07/21/push-ups-exercises/

I'm still trying to work my way to handstand push-ups (old shoulder injury), but I've had a long-standing love/hate relationship with Hindu push-ups!

The only thing I would add to Jonas fine tips is, when doing your push-ups, tighten your core muscles and your flutes. This not only helps you maintain proper form, but turns the push-up into a full-body exercise.

First date: success not optional but mandatory

I have a date tomorrow night with a girl I met online. While this may sound like great news and the answer to lifelong joy, I want to make sure that this leads to a second date, and that I don't make a "death move" to end all chances of seeing her again. This is the early cultivation phase of a relationship, the kind of relationship I have been praying for , that leads to romantic love, marriage and procreation.  All of my experience with the few dating I have has been unsuccessfulSo, at this…See More
