Pittsburgh has a wonderful history. The one thing I disapprove of is the annextion of Allegheny City in 1907. It is a fantastic name for a city, and it's a shame it was done away with.

I detest the Pittsburgh stereotype. I do not fit most of the stereotypical images of the type. Sorry. Most of my local friends do, though, so I'm neither anti-social nor condescending. I've worked hard all my life to be who I am, and I'm proud of most of the picture.

I live on Long Island, but I grew up in Pittsburgh. Looking forward to hockey playoffs, maybe drink some irons with yinz!
