Hello Gentlemen, I can not believe this, an Oregonian Group? Born and raised in Eugene fellas, volunteered at the W.O.W Hall (I saw Floater there), Worked at Fry's Electronic in Wilsonville wail rooming with my brother in Donald, When to culinary school in Portland, and drove almost 35% of the state, just to drive and see it. My time in Portland was great, hung out at Dante's Inferno, Voodoo, and the Japanese Garden, before it was a trend. Now I live in Pawnee Oklahoma with my wife of Three years, it's funny because Brett and his wife live about an hour and a half away. small world.

I know no one has posted here in a long time, but I'm moving up to Oregon (from California) in a week and a half. Super exited. Trying to make more AoM friends up in the area.

Sad it is so quiet here. Do Oregon men still frequent AofM?

Born and raised in Wallowa County. Currently going to school in Washington, but I'd really like to come back some day.

Hi everybody. Names James. I live out here in true man's country, middle eastern oregon. It's so manly out here, even the women chew. (Gross) Anyway I wanted to chime in that I'm new to the site, but been an Oregon native for entire life.

I'm an Oregon Native. Grew up over on the East Side (La Grande, Hermiston, Pendleton) but I'm living/working in Lake Oswego now.

No worries, Jim.

I'm in the Portland area - Hillsboro, to be exact.

I'm working on the 30 Days challenge that Brett started. Not easy...

Attendance at Church

One sits within the vestry of the parish of attendance. Recent conversations do elicit the realisation of a lack of comprehension regarding the impetus of religious attendance. Thus, one is curious as to the opines of those present regarding the attendance at church. In the event you are willing, an expounding upon that which compels or repels would exist of great appreciation. Of particular interest would be those of which attendance has ceased.Such fails to exist as a vehicle of conversion,…See More

Roasting heaven

For the past month I have been roasting batches of green beans I got from a wholesaler in Washington off of Craig's list.  I have been mixing and matching and came up with what I consider a fine brew.  1/2 Guatemalan for the sweet high notes, 1/4 Ethiopian for the richness and 1/4 Sumatran for the heavy notes all roasted just past the 2nd crack.  Yow, it's good.  I give it away to the relatives for Christmas.  What are you guys roasting?See More
