I love the look of their gear but current don't have the cash to pay twice the price for a kettle just cause it looks like a monkey. That being said it's nice to see the mace and club gaining so traction.

I've heard of gyms completely outfitted with their equipment. I wonder what future archeologists will think.

I agree just wish they weren't so damn pricey

Welcome to the group Wayne, nice to have ya.
Personally I don't have much chance to do much standard lifting which is why I picked up the mace. I do find it nice to alternate mace/club work with standard cardio though. Haven't had much chance to do Kettle yet but I just picked one up over the weekend so I plan to change that

Hey Guys, I have been training with kettlebells the last couple months to work my core and drop some extra lbs put of after a bulking cycle of compound 5x5's. Do you guys have any favorite Hybrid circuits?

Ford Probe Parking Break Problems.

Alright gentlemen, so this is my first car inquiry/first car project, So I'm pretty new to mechanics. We have a '93 Ford Probe with parking breaks that have been sticking. We thought at first that it was a snapped cable like the usual issues seem to involve. I managed to get the breaks un-stuck while driving the car a little, then one night I spaced and used the parking break again, thus re-sticking the breaks. So I decided to check out the problem myself before we go to pay the mechanic for a…See More
