I'd be afraid to shake hands with those guys. The grip strength need for some of those moves is incedible
Check out this video of older Russian gentlemen showing their strength with kettlebells, I picked a few ideas up from this.
Videos like this make me doubt my coordination. I am not even close to that fluid with my clubs;
I love the look of their gear but current don't have the cash to pay twice the price for a kettle just cause it looks like a monkey. That being said it's nice to see the mace and club gaining so traction.
I agree just wish they weren't so damn pricey
I find my self really wanting one of these but doubt I can bring myself to pay $150 for it
