I'd be afraid to shake hands with those guys. The grip strength need for some of those moves is incedible

Check out this video of older Russian gentlemen showing their strength with kettlebells, I picked a few ideas up from this.

Too much shoulder volume. I'd last about fifteen and a half seconds before wanting to chew through my tongue just to make the pain stop.

I love the look of their gear but current don't have the cash to pay twice the price for a kettle just cause it looks like a monkey. That being said it's nice to see the mace and club gaining so traction.

I've heard of gyms completely outfitted with their equipment. I wonder what future archeologists will think.

I find my self really wanting one of these but doubt I can bring myself to pay $150 for it
