I love the look of their gear but current don't have the cash to pay twice the price for a kettle just cause it looks like a monkey. That being said it's nice to see the mace and club gaining so traction.

Welcome to the group Wayne, nice to have ya.
Personally I don't have much chance to do much standard lifting which is why I picked up the mace. I do find it nice to alternate mace/club work with standard cardio though. Haven't had much chance to do Kettle yet but I just picked one up over the weekend so I plan to change that

Hey Guys, I have been training with kettlebells the last couple months to work my core and drop some extra lbs put of after a bulking cycle of compound 5x5's. Do you guys have any favorite Hybrid circuits?
