Danny - what essential oils do you use?  I use EOs for pretty much every day life.  Some I use topically, some orally, and some aromatically.  Depends on the oil and the need.

Chad, tell me more about the "nerve Glides" you are using. I'm not familiar with that term or what it is. I am a Massage Therapist and also don't us the OTC and Rx meds.

I've had sinus issues for years and the med the doctors prescribe help a bit but give me nose bleeds. I discovered Xlear recently, it's all natural, and it does as good a job as the steroids but with no side effects.

Hello.  My family and I are just starting to get in to the naturopathic lifestyle.  We have been working with essential oils as a replacement for OTC and Rx meds for about a month now.  We are loving it and each day we use it more and more.

I also have been working on using nerve glides to remove pains that I get from my work.  It feels great and I can't imagine going back to using tylenol for those pains.

Im still a newbe but I get excited each time I learn about new ideas.
