Just had a pretty good massage and than a soak in a hot bath. Glass of wine now and feeling relaxed!:-)

Well I found one that is excellent but really hard to get in to see.  He offers 2 hrs of therapy at 70 bucks.  So my next apt with him is in jan.  This new guy will be interesting, and he is considerably more expensive.  Not happy about that!

Finding a good massage therapist is really important!  I visited a guy I had only visited once before. I may have find my 'go to' guy.

Trying a new massage therapist this Friday.  Hope he is good.  Difficult to get in to see my regular therapist due to my schedule.
