Hey Everyone,

This is my second year in Movember, and I was wondering if any of you have any tips for advertising and getting donations. I was only able to get $20 last time, and I really want to add to that this time around.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi Tyler, this is my first time with movember, but my friends at work and I are planning to print some 9 x 5 cm cards with all the info to donate. When someone asks us about our mos we'lll hand them.

It's not much, but it's a cheap way to capitalize all the attention our moustaches can get.

I think I'm looking at it as an awareness raising statement and also a case of doing something cool. I shan't expect to get much in the way of sponsorship as I'm between situations.

Using Facebook and Twitter so far, up to £20. I'm guessing as the 'tache becomes more dynamic and self-aware I'll get some more moolah

Required Reading

There's a similar thread right now but it's bizarre and spammy. So. What, in your opinion, is required reading to be part of the human race? What is absolutely essential, whether it be philosophy, history, religion, or even classic fiction or poetry?See More
