Hello all!

My family has recently moved to the Twin Cities from NYC. I'm looking to make some new friends and thought that this might be a good place to start.

Let me know if any of you guys are interested in a happy hour meet up to shoot the shit about manily stuff.

Any one up for a Meet up?  Maybe a couple hour come and go in St. Paul just down the road from Himmies?

Comment by Justin Hastings on July 8, 2011 at 10:38am

Hey men,

I am newly joined and am from Stillwater, now living in Inver Grove Heights. I wanted to put forth an invite to any AoM brothers interested:

My friend and I started a Christian pipe smokers group about 4 years ago that has grown to about 12 brothers. We call ourselves the Brotherhood of the Pipe (BhP).

In our meetings we consume excellent beers and whiskey, a good meal (nice pizza etc.) and usually watch a classic movie (Bogart etc.) and converse. We pray at the beginning and end of each meeting. A great time is had by all.

If any AoM brothers would like to come to a meeting, we would love to have you. Our meeting place changes around, but is always in the Twin Cities. Please message me or find me on facebook to join our group there.

Strength and Honor!

Brown Fox commented on Chris O.'s group Manly Bow Tie Wearers
"The seniors at my school decided to have a dress up day last week. Many sported bow ties. All of them were clip-ons or were tied by their sisters. The next day I wore a bow tie so I could teach them all how to tie one. I told them that it was one of…"

Andrew Ross replied to Alan Robertson's discussion Getting Back into the habit of exercising. Any tips for getting back into the groove? (MUCH BETTER TITLE)
"It's all about doing something that's simultaneously active, but extremely fun. For me that's mountain biking. It's hard work, and it can hurt sometimes but it is just so fun I never want to stop no matter how beat I am. And when…"

Brad Williams replied to Brad Williams's discussion Shooting clays - worth it for $2,000? in the group Riflemen
"Yeah, that's a good point.  What I did in Tennessee was sporting clays at a place that also had 5 stand.  So we'll see if skeet and trap are as fun to me as 21 stations in the woods was."
