Good grief!  Has Brett hijacked the group with his bologna sandwich post on the main blog?

Well guys, the local "King of the Quick or the Casserole" has been re-inflicted on his children.  The spouse's work schedule just got changed and I'm doing dinner during the week!  This will get interesting, since I experiment with the spice rack and add-ons to the basic tuna casserole.  And my kids will be getting introduced to some of great grandmother's recipes (via their grandmother and their dad).

I'm intrigued with the pudding.  I was watching Rick Steves (PBS show) travel Europe for Christmas and pudding was discussed along with how it was a treat for the well-off.  Congrats on making one.  I'm hoping to try sometime along with a Christmas cake.

M, I'll bet your pudding is gonna be "plum" good!

I used  Jack Daniel Honey Whiskey for my cranberries sauce and a touch of pineapple juice and it was out of this world.  Even my niece who hates cranberry sauce was lapping it up.

Jack Daniels Cranberriie/raspberry relish on Crostini w/ Marscopone Cheese.

Sounds delicious.

Made two new great recipes one I found and one I invented. First was Fuji Apple Eggrolls. They are delicious and work as an appetizer, side dish or dessert. The second was my invention; Jack Daniels Cranberriie/raspberry relish on Crostini w/ Marscopone Cheese. Yum!
