Here is a venison backstrap omelette with a hunk of backstrap and bacon on the side.

My lord Glen!! that rabbit looks amazing!!! I cant wait till first snow, best time to hunt em.

nothing better than meat, especially meat that you acquired yourself hunting. We've been eating a lot of rabbit over the last couple of years because there are so many of the things at our hunting spot. Now I've gotten where I enjoy hunting rabbit as much as I enjoy hunting quail or dove. Here is a photo of the last batch I cooked up.

browned in bacon grease, then cooked with potatoes and grilled onions for about 3 hours.

Hey guys, just bought a brand new Weber charcoal grill. Looks like I'll be raiding the butcher shop tomorrow.
