Dundee, Scotland for this chap.

Friends requests welcome from all. I do enjoy the AOM articles so hopefully this can take off and I can consign the daily " X amount of days to Christmas" Facebook posts to the past.

I saw a woman wearing a pin badge on the Tube that was a red circle with a black bowler hat, black pipe and black umbrella on it and I was wondering if any here knew where it was from. Bit of a long shot but it never hurt to ask!

Information needed for proper Sandbaglifting technique

Hey Guys,I want to train with my  sandbag but  I realisized that I need to know how to lift properlyotherwise I will develop injuries and muscular dysbalances. I am searching the Internet for tutorials but I don`t find anything. I`ve been told that I need to arch differently when I deadlift  (different gravitation something like that'). You know any sites or bookson that subject?Best regards from Munich,Naveen See More

Actuators in Control Theory

For Engineers, What would the difference in actuation be between a home heater and the pupil of the eye. I have the actuators for this as the heater coil and the iris muscles, but what is the difference in actuation that separates the two types of controllers for each system, does it have to do with open loop and closed loop. Thanks,See More

"I would research the field in to which you want to transition.  There are sites that can give you the employment outlook, average salary, and other pertinent information.I would recommend getting the CCISP cert as well."
