Hi. I'm a second-time at-home-dad. I'm writing a blog series about it in my AoM blog, if you'd like to hear my story and how it's going from week to week.

Hey, J.A. Welcome to the group. I feel you, man. It's great being home with the kids but I definitely look forward to being back at work. I'm sort of in process of figuring out what I want to do "when I grow up". The music teaching thing wasn't my cup of tea.

I got layed off nearly six months ago and my wife works days. I have a two year old daughter. So basically I went from being an over the road trucker to a stay at home dad overnight. I love spending time with her but looking foreward to going back to work in this crappy economy.

Boyhood Restored

I believe that boys should use their time primarily to prepare for manhood. This group is for young men, dads, and other men who have opinions they'd like to share on how boys should grow up or be raised.
