Matthew, Man-day Monday is a great idea, good for you and your buddies. Dressing up can be considered manly when no one else does it. A real man always stands out from the crowd.

Hey, I'm new to the community, but I love the AoM. I just wanted to share something my friends and I have been doing at school. We have started the tradition of "Man-day Monday"; we will wear button-down shirts and ties and look nice on Mondays. I know just dressing up doesn't make you more manly, but this does increase my confidence and makes me feel like I can seize the day.

Hey, I'm 16 and this site is awesome. Self improvement is a big goal of mine.

Hello, gents.

Guess I might as well introduce myself. Pat is my name, a gentleman of Northern California. Been on the Art of Manliness for a while, and I must say, it's good to see some others within my age group in pursuit of manhood. Well done, lads, keep up the good work.

Hi all! I am so glad to see young men like myself, seeking a mature, manly life! My name is Dylan(obviously), I am 15 and I found this site by searching for cool ways to reuse altoids tins: See Here! After reading a few articles, I realized how great this website is!

I should probably tell you my age. I am 14 and a martial artist. I found this site by accident and it has already helped me improve so much. This is a article I strongly suggest you consider following! I myself start off with room temperature, then blazing hot with no cold for a minute. (Warning, you need to be fully relaxed in order to do this.) then room temperature for a minute, then slowly into freezing cold.

The success rate of finding a group like this truly is close to none. I'm glad that I literally stumbled across it and look forward to paricipating in discussion.

Ha! I must've spent several hours searching for a group such as this one, and now i find it by accident!
Well nonetheless, much respect to you all and I have to say, it seems that finding a teen today who strives to preform gentlemanly tasks or manly endeavors has become quite the challenge!
At the very least I am glad to know that they still exist!

DIY Projects/Hobbies

Hey gents,I'm taking an electronics class in school, and I've found it pretty interesting, mostly for doing hobbies as opposed to doing it for a career of any sort. Anybody on here familiar with any projects they've enjoyed doing, or sites they might know about for these types of hobbies? Thanks.See More
