Hello, gents.

Guess I might as well introduce myself. Pat is my name, a gentleman of Northern California. Been on the Art of Manliness for a while, and I must say, it's good to see some others within my age group in pursuit of manhood. Well done, lads, keep up the good work.

I should probably tell you my age. I am 14 and a martial artist. I found this site by accident and it has already helped me improve so much. This is a article I strongly suggest you consider following! I myself start off with room temperature, then blazing hot with no cold for a minute. (Warning, you need to be fully relaxed in order to do this.) then room temperature for a minute, then slowly into freezing cold.

Ha! I must've spent several hours searching for a group such as this one, and now i find it by accident!
Well nonetheless, much respect to you all and I have to say, it seems that finding a teen today who strives to preform gentlemanly tasks or manly endeavors has become quite the challenge!
At the very least I am glad to know that they still exist!
