I've seen this done on other networking sites, and I thought it might be a good idea to start one here. You can post videos to this thread, or just follow it for now if you have nothing to add. This cuts down on the number of emails that go out to people who aren't interested, and allows those who are to share atheist / skeptical thinking videos. - DG

Lecture on memes by Susan Blackmore. I really want to read her book.

That was fascinating and slightly scary. All the talk about replicators makes me think about Stargate SG1.
She does quite a bit of rocking back and forth no?
Bananas, the Atheist's Nightmare.

Debunking this is thoroughly enjoyable.
The web site SenseAboutScience.org is run by a charity that tackles misconceptions and sudo-scientific claims. Not much on evolution but plenty on global warming, fad diets, nuclear power, food science and radiation.
And of course the excellent badscience.net by Ben Goldacre (and many contributors) is also good for alternative health claims and poor science reporting in the media.
Joe, thanks for the reference just bookmarked it.
Mathematical model for the evolution of working clocks/organisms of great complexity. Includes interesting insight in to "sudden" evolutionary leaps (and hence a potential lack of "intermediate" species).

As it mentions within - this is a model for evolution not abiogenesis.

Atheist Community of Austin does a television show with a callin feature. Perhaps some of their programs, or selections from them would make good short subjects.
Edited: I hadn't seen yet how slick some of these films are. Wow! Selections from the program I was talking about might make excellent comedy relief though.
Another good one from QualiaSoup

Wow, you're right. That is a good video. Thanks for posting.
