Anyone aware of any other quality recordings besides the Live at the Sands & the "Live & Swingin'" CD? DVD would be even better...

titus, i thought he actually did really good in the man with the golden arm, though it being black and whit annoyed the crap out of me. :/

I thought Guys and Dolls was fair. I really enjoyed Robbin and the 7 Hoods. I thought that was the best one of he did. Anchors Away with Gene Kelly is not as good but I still enjoyed watching the two of them on screen. But I will have to check out the Man With the Golden Arm.

titus it probably depends on the movie. i didn't enjoy the manchurian candidate much, but man with the golden arm i thought he did a great job in. as well as high society and guys and dolls.

Just watched the original Manchurian Candidate today, kind of a let down. Frank is aging in it, and the cast around him is a little lack luster. Overall I would give it a 6.5 out of 10.

"Closed on Thanksgiving Day"

It's not even Halloween, and...I'm already seeing a lot of internet "business" posts about retailers not opening on Thanksgiving Day, and a bunch on which store will be open on Thanksgiving Day.  That's the US Thanksgiving Day.Anybody else old enough to remember when the retailers open on Thanksgiving were liquor stores and Standard Oil stations?  I mean in states without blue laws.See More
