I can think of a few that deserve some argument for Top 10:

-Superman(BEST ever!!)

-Star Wars

-Tombstone

-Dances With Wolves

-Jurassic Park

-Braveheart

-Independence Day

Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Pirates of the Caribbean, Inception, Gladiator, Blade Runner, Chariots of Fire, The Last Samurai, Master and Commander, Last of the Mohicans, The Lord of the Rings, TRON Legacy, and some of those already listed.

While i cant come up with the words to properly respond to this thread, I have to say, I find it interesting that you asked for greatest movie themes, but got Greatest movies...

If some one could break down the themes of Tombstone, Braveheart, Star Wars, Gladiator,The Last Samurai or Finding Neverland for me, since I seem incapable at the moment, that would be my picks.

Themes...as in musical score.

That's what  I assumed, hence my answers...

ok... I'm an idiot... ignore me... :)

Greatest Themes:

Dr. Zhivago (Lara's theme)

Star Wars

How many Bonds can I list:

Goldfinger

Thunderball ( who wouldn't want a set of those)

Live and Let Die

Diamonds are Forever

Men in Black

Close Encounters of a Third Kind

I'll think of more!

Stein

A couple not listed

Silverado

Robin Hood - Prince of Theives

The main theme for the Indiana Jones movies

Spooky! Good choice.

How can I get a good workout?

I primarily work on my legs, but I want to gain more physical strength. I don't have a gym membership, so I do everything at home. However, I do have a pair of 10 pound dumbbells and ankle weights, and a 25 pound dumbbell I use for sumo, pile, and wide squats. It's somewhat heavy and it works my lower back so it does the job. My workout consists of:10-20 pushups10-20 single leg pushups10-30 body squats5-10 pile squats5-10 sumo squats5-10 wide squats10 bird dogs10 weight bird dogs10 weight…See More

Jason Detwiler replied to LShieldes's discussion Run fat boy run
"Fat people and distance running are not good together.  I very strongly suggest you begin a barbell based strength program and after you build up some strength and lose some fat, then begin your quest for a 5k. Of course, the real question is:…"
