Any good hints, tips, ideas for a fat boy(me) who is doing the couch to 5k program? We just finished week 1 and my biggest problems are my shins/calves. I primarily work on my legs, but I want to gain more physical strength. I don't have a gym membership, so I do everything at home. However, I do have a pair of 10 pound dumbbells and ankle weights, and a 25 pound dumbbell I use for sumo, pile, and wide squats. It's somewhat heavy and it works my lower back so it does the job.
