Comment by Steven C. on February 28, 2013 at 5:52pm I don't come here much. If someone else wants to run this group, let me know.
Comment by Bruno Ferra on January 23, 2013 at 11:16am I would like to exercise more but as I have saw all of my friends who started to make up a build they all failed and I feel insecure about starting to exercise ... Although muscels have their beauty when they are moderated not exaggerated ...
Comment by Saxon on January 23, 2013 at 6:47am I agree with Ayden: What matters is not just the "feeling" of being strong, but being it. Just building for looks alone is, in my eyes, not very manly. To a man, looks need substance.
Comment by Rockeman on October 26, 2012 at 9:16pm I'm happy that a recent college graduate who is a certified trainer wrote up a weight training program for me. I will start Monday, and though I still don't have a workout partner, I'm excited to at least start training on my own.
Comment by Rockeman on October 2, 2012 at 12:16pm I'm new here. I go to the gym four nights a week to walk/jog. I have not done much of any other training yet, but I hope to start soon doing some basic strength and flexibility training.

Comment by Dillon Alexzander Combs on September 12, 2012 at 12:43pm In my opinion working out is crucial for a man to be a man.
Comment by Rick Shelton on July 24, 2012 at 8:24am He, the trainer, will most likely have you log your workouts sets, reps, weights, etc. Once you're on your own keep this up! If you use your smart phone for music you can find any number of apps that will work as workout logs. Find one that lets you know what you've done for your last set of that exercise. The motivator is to do better than you did last time, even if it is 1/2 of a rep (example last time you did 7 reps, this time try for 8 even if you can only push it 1/2 way up). That's the only way you'll get stronger. Another thing, do each set to failure (where you can't do any more). Don't do what you can do, do what you can't do.
