How much regression would there be if I did not go to the gym for around 9 days? I currently am going about 4x/week, early AM (like 5:00), but for a very short time (20 minutes) during which I work on only one machine.
Do people go to the gym while on family vacations?
Yeah, I finally am beginning to see the results in that I am starting to like the way shirts look on me and others have commented on the fact that it appears I've been working out when I wear short sleeves.
I don't want to regress.
From what I understand, you won't lose any mass, it just doesn't work that way. You might notice a slight loss in physical strength, but mostly when I take breaks, I come back stronger at least in the first set. Sets 3,4,5, etc...drop off a lot quicker though...
