I have very tight inner thighs/abductors along with my locked hips and attribute it partly to some issues I have with premature ejaculation. My energy seems just stuck there. It’s a slow process to stretch and build strength and I feel Im making progress, along with other core strengthening exercises. I am curious if others see a connection between core muscles and sexual performance and interested in hearing success stories.
Ive read about ejaculatory control (masturbators sanctum blog has a good overview) with BC and PC muscles, etc., and my current program is the pre-work to get there so I can feel those muscles too. There's a lot going on there but too much going on in the abductors.
