Ideally, all of the existing threads concerning what should be carried in a man's pockets on a daily basis.  Since I do not possess the administrative power to do so, I encourage you to repost your photos here so we can try and consolidate everything.

That being said, what's in your pockets?  Lists are fine but pictures are much better.

My EDC has been updated since I last posted here, and is currently in the process of being updated even further. Right now, I carry:

Wallet (cheap leather wallet from a garage sale)

Parker fountain pen

Pencil

Phone (Nokia C1-01)

Keys

Four AA batteries

I need to buy a watch and a notepad, which will set me back at least £130.

I carry them because, occasionally, I will need some. I was with a friend, it was 11pm, so all stores were closed, and we were playing video games. The batteries in his controller died, and there were none in the house, thus the batteries were extremely useful.

In short, I carry them because if I don't have them I will inevitably need them.

I like to keep a bottle of stimulant handy in case I see a snake--which I also keep handy. - WC Fields

I know smoking is a no-no, but sorry I smoke. One the items I carry is my Dad's cigarette case which is  Ronson classic; case and lighter. Here are photos.

This is what I usually have with me at all times:

Truck keys, travel wrench ('L' shaped thing, TSA never hassles me about that, yet), folding knife, pepper spray, .380 pistol, flashlight, smart phone. In my pack is first aide kit, paracord, small tool kit,

water purifying straw, passport, cash, wallet, extra shirt, pants, etc., bug repellant.

Obviously some of this stuff must be checked at an airline ticket counter and not carried on to a plane.

I'm an elementary school teacher, so I tend to collect markers as the day progresses.  Otherwise, keys and front-pocket wallet.  I don't need anything else.

the wallet looks nice. which brand is that?

Joseph A. Bank.  It was a Christmas gift from one of my sisters.

Beautiful cigar cutter you got there.  I take it you smoke a couple of sticks per day?

I've been cutting back quite a bit on my tobacco use, usually just a couple pipefuls per week.  I do love a nice maduro, though.

You should definitely give the pipe a whirl.  Since you enjoy cigars, I'd recommend you try a nice medium-bodied English blend.  It might even be reminiscent of that smokey fireplace smell you mentioned.  I enjoy cigars most in warm weather (which in LA, is like 60% of the year), but in the Fall and Winter, I always reach for a pipe.

just tried a pipe. much better than cigars, i think!
