Any Fans of Swingin' Drummers?

Started by Alexander Benjamin Hays Mar 28, 2010. 0 Replies

I am merely using this as a poll to find out who likes the drummin' side of swing. If you pick out the drummers more than others, let me know! And, while you're at it, who's your favorite?

Need some help with a song.

The Rat Pack for me sum up different ideas of what it is to be manly.
There is so much difference in both singing voice and personal style for the members of the rat pack.

Bing is amazing. Lately I've been listening to a lot of Sammy. He's my second favorite member of the Rat Pack.

No problem, Sean. I've got a buddy who can't stand Sinatra. Dean Martin is my favorite of them all.

I found a disk in a small store that has recordings from the Rat Pack's concert in the Summit ()

It is one of my better finds when I go Clearence sale shopping.

Hey everybody, I've recently gotten into jazz music and I've really come to appreciate it. So far I've gotten two albums: Kind of Blue by Miles Davis and A Love Supreme by John Coltrane. I'm enjoying these two albums, and I hope to add to my collection.
