Hello everyone. Pleased to find this forum and community. I am a non professional into visual arts and music. In my youth I had several one man shows and did disappoint several of my college art professors by not going professional. Now in my senior years I have all the time I need to create and I am loving every minute of it.

I am a struggling author (struggling to find the time to write, that is!). Also, my daughter (11 years old) is an actress (stage, screen, print adds, commercials, etc.).

Greetings, all.  Although my "regular job" is as an IT Recruiter, my passion is performing in operas and plays, and writing (blogging) when I get a chance.  Glad to be here, and looking forward to the ride.

Gentlemen, I'm new to AoM.  Happy to be here.  I'm a communications director and fundraiser for a large library system.  Writer by vocation and public speaking coach by hobby.

Hunting Big Game if you Could?

So imagine a world where elephants and rhinos and tigers and other big game of the 1800s HADN'T been hunted nearly to extinction.  Imagine we lived in a fictional world where all the big game animals of the earth were not endangered -- they were all of least concern.Holding this vision in mind, would you find it appealing to go hunt them?  It's interesting reading all the Allan Quatermain books because at times, he tells of the hunt with great thrill and excitement and at other times he talks…See More

George Smith posted a discussion - any experience for custom made shirts?

Two days before I was searching online tailor website from where I can buy custom fit cloths at cheapest price. In Google I found, here I see they provide custom shirt below $25 this is very low price I think but many people says low price means low quality. Has anyone tried orderyourgarments.comSee More
