Christian Men

Regardless of the specifics, we can all agree on one thing. Jesus Christ was the perfect Man who died and rose again for us such that we could have fellowship with Him

As far as I know that's her real name... but ok. Just curious.

I assure you Liam, that I  have absolutely no objection here to any curiosity you have to read any book of your choosing. Any insight would probably be concerning so called  authoritative writers doing their damndest to peddle their fiction/junk science under the guise of assumed pen names.

Anyway, no objection here, satisfy your curiosity as you wish. What matter does a comment here make to your free choice, the answer should be zero.

Yeah Glendale, what exactly is the point of your posts?

That book does look rather intriguing Liam. I'll have to find myself a copy.

What, exactly, is the nature of your objection here? The author? the news organization? the content of her book? Me? I'm unclear on what your gripe is. Any insight you could share?

Oh yes it could also be noted, that there are approximately 12,000 species of moss. And that the 19th to 20th century nun whom was beautified in 2010 was actually born as Juana Josefa Cipitria y Barriola in the town of Andoain, Guipuzcoa, in the Basque region of Spain.

It should be noted too, that Candida is a Catholic saint's name. Not *just* a type of fungus.

It seems that most people even at huffpo would do all they could to avoid any lady named Fungus or anything related to candida.  The world is certainly changing though and no telling what hoax and myth might result. from Huffpo's writing of Ms. Moss.

I'll be curious to read this book - by Dr. Candida Moss. "The Myth of Persecution: How Early Christians Invented the Story of Martyrdom." - Interview with the author on HuffPo.

I read the letter. His statement, baffling as it is, is not argued. Whence the grace? I was startled enough to read the man renounces moral authority over his churchgoers, but then I read that--I calmed down instantly. This has nothing to do with God; think of it rather as a movie: You see a couple kissing, there's nice music, it's all lambent--that's grace. What does that mean except that the people seek pleasure successfully? But Christiantiy is not in that business.
