I had a friend with this and it was a quality device.  the problem with most simple chess computers is that they will make the same sequence of moves each time, so you beat the computer once you will beat them every time.

never have found one that is decent... I could beat most of the ones I found as a kid, and I suck...

I accrued a collection of Star Wars memorabilia and knick knacks during my childhood and teenage years. It's not really cataloged, and is only taking up space in boxes in a garage right now.
