Okay,  so what's the best beer you have ever had?  For me... Paulaner Hefeweizen.

I haven't had that one for a long time!

I love Sam Adams Winter Lager.

We also used to have a Hops restaurant here locally and their Thoroughbred Red is an AMAZING beer.

I'll have to try the Thoroughbred Red, hopefully I can find it.
Dogfish Head's 120°. It's like drinking bitter flowers with 7% alcohol.
Hmm...

I'm a big fan of Bell's Two Hearted Ale, Paulaner Salvatore, Dogfish Head 120, and Troeg's Nugget Nectar.

I've been wanting to try a Southern Tier Creme Brulee stout - I've heard it's damn tasty.
Boulevard has a summer witbier called Zon, which is in the style of Belgian white beers and it is pretty good in the heat so far this summer. I really enjoy Boulder Beer Company's "Hazed and Infused" dry-hopped IPA style in the summer as well. Also, it is always tough to beat New Belgium's Sunshine wheat.
I like most of the styles Unibroue brews, but I can't get into any of their beers. I think it's the yeast they use. I know it's a proprietary house strain & it seems to give all of their beers a certain characteristic that I just don't care for. I've heard other people say the same thing, so I know I'm not just imagining things. :p

And Allagash is fantastic. Their wit is one of the few I really like.
Oskar Blues Ten Fidy or St. Peter's Milk Stout...probably the stout.
I'm insanely indecisive and a big beer geek, so I just couldn't pick an absolute favorite. As far as best beers I've ever had, here's my short list:

HopSlam
Racer 5
Avery IPA
Heavy Seas Loose Cannon
Dogfish Head 90 Min
Stone Cali-Belgique
Gonzo Imperial Porter
Thirsty Dog Siberian Night
Hoppin' Frog BORIS The Crusher
Duchesse De Bourgogne
Saison Dupont
Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout
Stone Ruination
Piraat
Chimay White
Goose Island Sofie
Lagunitas A Little Sumpin' Sumpin'
Ommegang Abby Ale
Ommegang Rare Vos
Troeg's Nugget Nectar

:p

Just had the Piraat for the first time a few days ago - utterly amazing. If I had to pick one for now, I'd say that's my current favorite.
Okay, I love your list. That's an excellent collection of some extremely delicious beers.
I can't pick one favorite either. Here's some of my favorites though:

Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout
Lazy Magnolia Jefferson Stout (milk/sweet potato stout)
Hoegaarden
Tripel Karmeliet
Old Rasputin Imperial Russian Stout
If you like Rasputin - I'd recommend you try Thirsty Dog Siberian Night. Similar flavors, but subtle differences.
One of the best I've had recently is Goose Island Demolition.
