Hello. I'm not a pro, but I wanted to learn more about cars, so when I bought my '80 Jeep CJ5, I vowed to myself that I would do the repair work myself and that I would do a good job. I've learned a lot the last 7 months, fixing things with my Hayne's manual, and I enjoy working on cars. My dream would be to restore a 1946 CJ-2A.

Hey guys I'm new to this group. I'm glad to see there is a mechanics group on here. I'm not a professional mechanic, I'm more of the shade tree type person but do it right instead of hack jobs like some people.

Hi, I was looking to join a group interested in classic cars and their upkeep. I have a 1972 MG B GT. It has been in storage for a number of years at another location. I have someone getting it road ready for me to bring home to start the much needed restoration.

Christian Men

Regardless of the specifics, we can all agree on one thing. Jesus Christ was the perfect Man who died and rose again for us such that we could have fellowship with Him

"You love her after all that? I'm skeptical. Sounds to me like she has a lot of baggage and until those problems are resolved (and she grows up; how old is she anyway?) this relationship will stagnate, crash, and burn. I think you'll see in…"

"Think texture.   Smooth and fine grained leather tends to be considered dressy.  The more textured/patterned it is, the more casual it tends to appear.   Pebble grained leather is a classic and looks wonderful.  Braided leather…"

Need girl advice

I'm sorry this is so long, but I need some serious advice about a girl.  This question is the sole reason I actually signed up, though I've been frequenting this site for years.  I have been dating this girl for six months.  Was dating, rather.  I just broke up with her yesterday.  You see, I'm madly in love with her, but I think it was just the wrong time for us to possibly work out.  I'm getting deployed in July and will be gone for almost a year.  She is going to Europe for two months…See More

"Any belt over an inch and a quarter or more wide. You want to fill the loops and not have fabric hanging over the belt."
