EMT-B in Arkansas, working for a government run agency. graduated in December of 13. Enjoying it for the most part, i will be more happy i think when i finally get to go over to the ALS side of things. My plan for the next few years is to get some ALS experience and go back to Medic school.

Hello folks.  Eng/EMT-LP in Texas.  Spent time as CG corpsman and ER tech as well, but I prefer the mud, blood, and beer.

It's going well, Dal, thanks. Boring as all hell, which means no one is getting hurt u/g or causing any security issues on the property, so I'm happy as a clam.

P C replied to P C's discussion Ellipticals and (High-Intensity Interval Training)
"Thanks, but a built-in HIIT program (like Sprint 8) changes the machine's speed and elevation automatically as you move through the sprints and recovery intervals. That is what I am looking for (with the HIIT intervals timer). Thanks."

"We just have a tote that we keep the air mattress, pump and some sheets in. Just turn the pump around, suck the air out, fold it up and go."

"It's just fun to rough it, especially when you're learning primitive skills that may be useful or needed one day."

Pale Horse replied to Ramona the Pest's discussion How Can I Entice a Reluctant Camper?
"I'm generally satisfied with air mattresses. The worst thing about them is packing them back up. Maybe it's because I'm only 5'9" and a buck-fifty."
