If you don't have a local tobacco shop try JustForHim.com online. I was turned onto it by a friend who found a Lord of the Rings Tolkien line of tobacco. I personally enjoyed the Longbottom Leaf.

I usually prefer a variety of bulk tobacco from two shops which are over an hour drive away. I do smoke pouch tobacco at times and right now have a pouch of what I consider to be the best, Captain Black Royal. If you have never sampled it I think you may be pleasantly surprised.

I'm really enjoying a house blend for Randy's Tobacco in Indianapolis (they sell online). A Lane english style mix of Latakia, cavendish and orientals called "London Mist" - really lovely smoke.
