I apologize in the first place if this discussion offends anyone, because I know that tobacco smoke pertaining to cigarettes is kind of a faux-paux in our day and age. But, I really would like to…Continue

How does one smoke a pipe?

Okay, so I smoked my corn cob again today and enjoyed it- but am I doing it right? I haven't got anybody to learn from, so I'm kind of making it up. I hear you don't inhale, like with a cigar, but do…Continue

Don't forget, 20 February is International Pipe Smoking Day!

You might get some migration/melding of flavors. Whether this is a bad thing, depends on how closely related they are.

I need to make sure I am storing my tobacco properly. I have 4 types of tobacco in separate ziploc type bags from the tobacco shop. I have all 4 of these bags in a single mason jar. Is this okay or do I need to separate the tobacco baggies into their own separate mason jars?

I like a nice whiskey with a pipe.

I received my package today from "Operation Cigars for Warriors". A giant package of all kinds of cigars to share with my unit here in Afghanistan. The good anytime smokes are the acid cigars--delicious!

I recently tried a cigar made by "Acid Cigars" that some of us received in a care packages here. I must say, it was a very enjoybale smoke. Has anyone here tried them before, and if so, what did you think of them?

Soda water is my number 1 drink with a cigar.

I find I don't always need a drink when I have a smoke. Particularly a pipe. Pipes seem to require enough piddling around to keep my hands busy.

It looks like your initial post may have come in under the radar. Sorry I missed it SB.

I REALLY like a cigar with coffee. I find that the flavors are very complementary.

Based on the number of recommendations you had to offer, I have come to the conclusion that one cannot enjoy a cigar without a drink.  So much for being on the wagon...I'd rather walk anyway.
