Hello fellow Coloradoans.

I've lived here almost all of my life.  A "discussion" I often have with my wife is the validity of my claim to being a Colorado native.  You see, I was born on an army base on the East Coast.  My argument is that my parents were Colorado residents at the time, and we were all merely displaced thanks to the Vietnam War.

I take pride in my state, and I will claim my status as a native to the day I die!

I'm planning on moving to Boulder in February or so, from Galveston, TX. Mostly just to get away from Home Safe Home; Boulder won as the "place to move" due to a number of factors, not the least being that the friend who argued it's case is now my girlfriend, and resides there.

I'm also visiting there for the first time next month. Anything I need to make sure and see/do while there?
Anyone have any hot job hookups?

I am new to AOM and would like to say hello to all my local AOM members here in wonderful Colorado. I would also like to invite you to check out a great organization for men here in the Denver area. We are Live Or Die, a group of men that seek to bring back the sense of adventure and "wildness" that many of us are missing in our daily lives. Please check out our website at www.toliveordie.org We are currently looking for new members, you can also participate in our events as a guest if you aren't ready to sign up with us. We have some great events planned this year including paintball, skydiving, and a hunting trip.

I'm moving to Denver in 2 weeks from Hartford, CT! One more transplant for CO... Who's got any suggestions of things any man should look into when he arrives? I'm 25 and originally from MI and already have plans to go skiing and hiking as much as possible. Nice group pic too!
