Still fuming about the missed face mask call in the BYU Mizzou game last night. It frustrates me to no end when games are decided by officials not by players.

I'm trying to decide if I want to drive from Va. Beach to Charlottesville for the UCLA-UVA game Aug. 30.  I've lived in VA most of my life, but had season tickets for UCLA and Stanford in '07 when I was stationed in Lemoore, CA.  The eight-count clap might be enough to get me there, plus how often does UCLA come east?

How many beers do you want to bet he'd had before he decided to do that? That's just hilarious!

Can someone please take Jeff Fisher off our hands? His stubborn, refuse-to-make adjustments, continue to run CJ into 9 man fronts mentality is getting very old.

I swear, I am convinced that Jerrod Johnson is being coached by Brett Favre. That is the only way you can explain high numbers, yet so many boneheaded throws

Peter J Harings III replied to Jason M.'s discussion Welcome! Now...what do you carry? in the group Concealed Carry Club
"Hi all: I carry a Glock G26 Gen3. About 4 years ago someone made a very real threat upon my wife's life. All of the Police and Sheriffs we spoke with suggested that I should get a gun and learn how to use it, so that's exactly what I did."

Every gentleman should be able to adequately protect himself and his family from ruffians’ intent on doing harm. This group welcomes anyone who takes pride in their second amendment right to keep and bear arms in a legally concealed manner.

Sir replied to Apollyon's discussion Most foolproof way to stop being lazy?
"You aren't just lazy, but majorly stuck.  You need not a tweak, but a major change to get whatever's blocking you from your passions, out of the way.  What is blocking you?  I suggest taking several days to answer that."

Teachers' Club (for men in Education)

Virtual staff room for visionary teachers of every discipline. This is a good place for educators to discuss their collective role in society--particularly in regards to their duty as role models for young men. What does it mean to be a male role model for young boys in the classroom? How can we serve them best? See More

Tools For The Job

This is another question I have regarding going into a Systems Engineering graduate program.Engineers have their tools. I presume that the same can be said for systems engineers. What tools should I read up on that can help me get a leg up during my program. As an example. In my Engineering undergrad, MATLab and SciLab were used to an extent as well as MultiSim,LTSPice etc. So for Systems Engineering, is Microsoft Office something I will have to become good friends with. How about SysMil, UML?See More
