Shining shoes is something I'm really proud of. I love to make my shoes sparkle when I do them. And its one of the best things to get your mind all cleared up when restless and meditation wont work.

I posted this question in my local group, but I was wondering if anyone has any good tips for finding a barber for Day 30? If anyone is from or used to live in the St Louis area and remembers one, give me what you recall, and I'll see if they're still around.
Much thanks!

Thanks Brett, perfect....since my core values are something I actually write in my journal every morning as a reminder I will start with day 2 tomorrow. I appreciate the link.

There are 30 challenges, and you do one challenge a day for 30 days. Check out this page:

Ok gentelmen, my appologies but I am still a little confused....and thank you for the reply Jeff, but as I am reading everyones posts it definiately seems they are answering to specific questions or tasks. Comments such as "I agree, the mentor one has been the hardest" and "I am having trouble with some of these" have me a little confused. Am I missing something? Are there specific articles, stories, or questions?

Thanks,

Jose

Exactly what it says, Jose. The aim is to become a better man. What exactly that means to you is largely determined by Day 1- Define your Core Values. Once you know the kind of man you want to be, what you value, you can do the rest of hte days in a mindset of living up to those values. Good luck on your journey!
