Day 1. I came up with these core values: God, Integrity, Courage, Discipline, Progress.

Day 1. Took me about 1/2 hour of solid thinking but I'm quite sure these values define me:
Family
Creativity
Patience
Adventure
Growth

I started yesterday. It was harder than I thought to define my values. I don't think I ever really sat down and thought about it. 1. Family 2. Integrity 3. Kindness 4. Growth 5. Balance. Tonight I shined my flight boots. It's not forced as much in aviation but it looks sharp without those scuffs and scrapes.

Like Jack, I am also beginning the "30 days" today, after a few months of "meaning well" to start this but failing to. Though I should have done this earlier, I find the beginning of the new year (and new decade!) a fine time to begin this project.

I will be posting my core values in the appropriate discussion thread within the hour, as I complete it presently.

Many thanks for putting this project together! I am confident I will be a better man by the end of the month for it.

I started my '30 days' today and posted my 5 core values on the thread for day 1.

This challenge (or program, or whatever you want to call it) is a great idea and I am looking forward to getting a sense of satisfaction from completing the 30 days.
